I will recruit in alot of places. Any member can recruit, as long as a Lt. or higher has allowed them.

Here are the numbers unavailable for new Spartans:7,67,666,501,667,12,and 5

and what about numbers be like the skills of a person like if i am good got 1 if im bad got 10 or something... |4,5|6,7|1,2| thats just my idea..
